Finishing professional training courses can help you improve your recovery coaching abilities. Earning a state certification or license can help you to stand out in the job market. Any degree, whether at the undergraduate or graduate level, is not required. The bare minimum need is relevant experience and a diploma, as well as extensive knowledge. In future, for further growth and development the higher degree and certificates can be pursued. It even provides ample scope for PhD and related degrees if the marks secured is high. A recovery coach is much different from a life coach- the difference is that they have a different emphasis. A sober coach or more prominently termed as recovery coach, is a person who provides encouragement and support to those who are seeking recovery.
