There are at least three community colleges in Arizona that offer on-campus housing. At one point in time, students attending community colleges missed out on the on-campus housing experience that attendees of four year institutions had. That has changed and thus opened the door for students to have that on-campus experience at a fraction of the cost.Central Arizona College has on campus housing, although due to the pandemic Fall 2020 housing was suspended. As with most colleges, you fill out an application form and pay a room deposit fee($150 for this institution). For Central Arizona College, students must be enrolled in at least six credits of classes to be eligible to move in. Eastern Arizona College is another college that offers on-campus housing. They offer traditional style residence halls as well as residence towers, each with their own unique floor layout and price point. Along with the Application there is also a $150 deposit fee required before moving in. The final college to round out this list is Yavapai College, located in Prescott, Arizona. There is a $50 application fee as well as the standard $150 deposit. The average cost to live on campus at Yavapai College is $9,785.
