Program Description:
The Bachelor of Arts in Digital Film with an emphasis in Screenwriting at Grand Canyon University is designed to offer students a well-rounded introduction to the screenwriting profession. Students have the opportunity to study important topics such as digital video production, visual media and storytelling, non-linear editing, and cinema directing. There are two screenwriting courses that require students to write screenplays while studying the art of dramatic writing. The degree program concludes with a screenwriting capstone. A feature-length screenplay is required to complete the capstone requirement.
