Harvard University is a private (not-for-profit) university that was originally founded in 1636 and is now home to around 21,000 students in total, which includes approximately 6,750 undergraduate students. Harvard University has an urban campus of over 5,000 acres located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It is one of the most selective institutions in the nation with an acceptance rate of 5% in 2019. Of these accepted applicants, half of them had either an ACT score between 33 and 35 or an SAT score between 1460 and 1570. When applying to this university, there is an application fee of $75, and the application deadline is January 1st, but the applicant's ACT/SAT score must be received on or before March 6th.
After Harvard, Cornell University, Columbia University, Yale University, and Princeton University are the best Ivy League schools for chemistry, as they were all awarded a U.S. News ranking of #9.
