Students in Oregon can pursue a wide array of undergraduate and graduate degree programs at the Christian institutions in the state. Students considering these schools may also want to think about the size of the school, opportunities for spiritual growth and/or other aspects of campus life. Multnomah University

According to the NCES, Multnomah University had 407 undergraduate students in 2018. The school offers certificate, bachelor's and master's degree programs in a variety of areas, such as Greek, Hebrew, global studies, counseling, church leadership, environmental studies, pre-pharmacy, pre-law, accounting, exercise science and business administration. The school also has the Multnomah Biblical Seminary that offers several different certificate and master's degree programs, as well as a Doctor of Ministry. Students can further develop their spiritual life by attending chapel and spiritual conferences and/or participating in The Well (student-led worship services) and activities provided by the Spiritual Life Team.

University of Portland

'Kiplinger's Personal Finance' ranked the University of Portland the #1 private university in Oregon for value, according to the school's homepage. The school has certificate, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs available in areas like civil engineering, theology, social work, environmental ethics and policy, chemistry, computer science, education, finance and pastoral ministry. The school's campus ministry provides Mass services, spiritual retreats and pilgrimages, leadership opportunities, faith-sharing communities and other resources for spiritual growth, including spiritual mentorship. In 2018, the university had 3,787 undergraduate students, per the NCES.

New Hope Christian College- Eugene

New Hope Christian College in Eugene offers students an associate's and bachelor's degree in ministry leadership, as well as a bachelor's degree in creative arts. Students in the different bachelor's degree programs can choose from various concentrations, such as Christian counseling or pastoral ministry for ministry leadership and drama and dance for creative arts. In 2018, the NCES stated that the college had 92 undergraduate students and a 10 to 1 student-to-faculty ratio. The school places a heavy emphasis on character development in different areas, including with peers, the community and Christ through small groups, daily devotionals, service projects, corporate worship and prayer and more.

Warner Pacific College

Students at Warner Pacific College are required to attend chapel to fulfill part of their Faith and Service Commitment. Students can also participate in Bible studies, art organizations, intramural sports and other student activities/organizations. According to NCES, there were 364 undergraduate students for the 2018-2019 school year. Students can pursue certificates, associate's, bachelor's and master's degree programs. Areas of study include business administration, human services, ministry, pre-vet, digital media and communications, social entrepreneurship and sports medicine.

Corban University

According to NCES, Corban University had 1,048 students at their Salem campus in 2018. The school offers over 50 different academic programs at the certificate, associate's, bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels. Students can choose from majors in areas like forensic psychology, education, counseling, agribusiness, Christian ministry, intercultural studies, film and biomedical science. Chapel is offered three times a week as an opportunity for the campus to hear biblical teaching, pray and worship together. The school also has a unique creative space, called the Barn, which includes a woodshop, gallery, design lab and more.
