Program Description:
Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Sales and Sales Management program have the opportunity to examine topics in cost analysis, supply and demand, contract negotiations, quality assurance, and project management. They also have the opportunity to learn to analyze past, planned, and actual sales figures and then adjust business goals accordingly. The curriculum is designed to integrate concepts specific to personnel management, including workplace diversity, hiring practices, and labor laws. Participants will have the chance to write research papers, develop an original marketing plan, deliver sales presentations, and create a professional portfolio. In addition, the program is intended to provide students with the skills needed to obtain industry certifications, including the Certified Sales Executive and the Action Selling Sales Skills Certification.
