Program Description:
The University of Arizona Global Campus offers a diverse curriculum in its Master of Business Administration program, with a core focus outlined by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and accreditation from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE). It provides students with the opportunity to learn about a variety of business processes and practices. Core courses offer studies in marketing tools and strategies, budgeting and other financial management concepts, project planning and development methodologies, global markets and business strategies; and recruiting, training, retention, and career management practices. Students will also learn how to build and apply leadership skills, develop teams, use data analysis to make decisions, adhere to employment and labor laws, and apply ethics to all business decisions. The capstone course requires the completion of an extensive project wherein students draw on concepts and theories in all aspects of business to demonstrate their grasp of topics discussed throughout the program.
