Program Description:
Leadership styles, management theory, and communication techniques are among the main focuses of the University of Arizona Global Campus's Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership program. Business and management courses provide studies in management/employee interaction, change management, principles of HR management, motivational strategies, leadership ethics, and management roles in corporate responsibility. Other courses address conflict management, problem-solving, recruiting practices, staffing selection, and communications management. The capstone Leadership Priorities & Practice course requires the completion of an extensive research paper representing the student's insight into organizational management developed over the course of their studies.
