Program Description:
Purdue Global's Master of Science in Management and Leadership offers students the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and to learn about management theory, apply management theory to effect change, and develop their own management style. Other topics of study include business communications, HR management, organizational excellence, consulting, action research, and strategic financial analysis. Students will also have the chance to evaluate case studies and utilize learning in a real-world scenario by participating in a capstone project. The program's coursework may help students to acquire skills that they can use in day-to-day managerial functions at the executive level in a wide variety of fields.
