Students enrolled in the Master of Business Administration in Project Management program have the opportunity to develop competencies for leading and directing the various administrative and operational components of an organizational task. Participants will have the chance to develop proficiencies in venture analysis, negotiating, proposal development, schedule adherence, and cost compliance. In addition, the program is intended to provide students with a foundation for developing positive employee relations and building workforce cohesiveness. The curriculum is also designed to develop students' skills for using Microsoft Project Professional, and prior to program completion, participants will complete a major research project in which they have the chance to critique and address a field-specific issue.
