Students must already have their bachelor's degree before enrolling in the Master of Religious Education program at Liberty University Online. They should also be interested in being involved in providing a Christian education. Applicants to Liberty University Online's programs should be at least 18 years of age and should have earned a high school diploma or equivalent. Some programs may have additional requirements.

Program Description:

Liberty University Online's Master of Religious Education program is designed to prepare students to be professional Christian workers. Students have the opportunity to learn about the New Testament, Old Testament, church history, personal evangelism, world missions, and church planting. This program is intended to teach discipleship ministry, the ministry of teaching, Christian leadership, small group ministries, and church administrations. Students select five seminary elective courses. This program must be completed in seven years.
