Program Description:
The Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies is designed to give students options in their 'major' area of study. This program of study is typically reserved for students who have goals that do not align neatly with any specific major or students who don't want to choose a direction until the graduate level. As such, students may choose to blend majors like psychology and economics or sports management and education. Students are given the option of choosing two to three areas of study that include a wide array of subjects, which will serve as the students' 'majors'. Students are given a basic core curriculum that includes English, math, critical thinking, biblical studies and life sciences. Then students have elective options across all of Liberty's courses that will constitute the rest of their studies. Students' career and educational outcomes will be directly related to their choice of electives.
