The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences is a private college focused on healthcare education. The school is part of The Christ Hospital Health Network.

TCCNHS offers an online program for registered nurses (RNs) to earn their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degrees. This fully online program can be completed in one year for full–time students. A two–year, part–time program is also available.

To apply, students must have either an associate degree or a diploma in nursing from an ACEN–accredited nursing program. Students must also need a valid RN license from their state of residence.

2. Franklin University

Franklin University is a private university geared toward adult students. Its main campus is in Columbus, but they offer several online nursing degrees that can be finished in under two years.

Their RN–BSN program is for registered nurses looking to get their BSN degrees. Students can graduate in as little as 12 months.

The program is available in all U.S. states except Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington, and Wyoming.

Franklin also offers an online generalist MSN degree, which can be finished in as little as 18 months, and an RN to MSN degree, which can be finished in as little as 16 months.

Mercy College of Ohio is a private Roman Catholic nursing university in Toledo. They offer an RN to BSN program and an RN to MSN program.

The RN to BSN program is completely online. It requires 32–39 credit hours and can be completed in a year. Students in this program also have the opportunity to earn graduate credits.

The RN to MSN degree requires students to complete 18 credits of bachelor–level coursework. They then move seamlessly into the MSN program, which requires 36 credit hours. Students can finish this program in as little as three years.

4. Mount Carmel College of Nursing

Mount Carmel College of Nursing is a private Catholic nursing college in Columbus. They offer an online RN–BSN and two online Second Degree Advancement Programs.

The RN–BSN program is fully online. Full–time students can finish within eight months, though a part–time option is available. 30 credits are required for this program.

The Second Degree Advancement Programs are for students who already have a bachelor's degree in another field. Students can choose from a 13–month or 18–month track.

5. Ohio State University

Ohio State University is a public research university in Columbus. They offer an online RN to BSN degree program through their College of Nursing.

Students need 30 credits to earn their BSN, and the program takes 12 months full–time and 15 months part–time to complete. All coursework, including the clinical component, can be done online.

This program is available in all U.S. states and territories except for Alabama, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Tennessee, the Virgin Islands, and Washington State.
