Students enrolled in this program can begin whenever it is convenient for them: fall, spring, or summer. The program can be completed in as little as three semesters.

2. Kansas Wesleyan University

Kansas Wesleyan University has been around since 1886. Today, this private school in Salina, Kansas, offers many online degree programs.

The RN to BSN program can be obtained fully online and is unique in that it applies up to 35 credits toward your degree for on–the–job experience. You may also transfer up to 60 educational credits from your associate's degree or nursing diploma and an additional nine credits from another institution.

3. MidAmerica Nazarene University

MidAmerica Nazarene University is another private Christian college that offers an exceptional online RN to BSN program.

This accelerated and fully accredited program offers courses in seven week long blocks, allowing you to finish your degree quickly. You can transfer up to 90 credits from your associate degree or other institutions, completing as few as 30 of your total credits through MidAmerica.

This program costs $398 per credit hour and can be completed in as little as two semesters for full–time students.

4. Ottawa University

Ottawa University has several physical locations, including in Ottawa, Kansas. However, this school is more well known for its vast offering of online degree programs in a variety of fields.

Ottawa's online RN to BSN degree is fully accredited and designed for current RNs or graduates of ADN or nursing diploma programs. All courses are completed online during accelerated eight week long terms.

5. Pittsburg State University

The program can be completed in just 12 months for full–time students. However, for busy nurses who need a more flexible schedule, part–time options are also available. The program is fully accredited and all courses may be taken online.

Tuition for online programs is $285 per credit hour for both in–state and out–of–state students.
