Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI

School Highlight: Ferris State classes in digital media feature hands-on training with the latest in media technology.

Ferris State University was ranked 18th among top public schools in the Midwest by U.S. News & World Report in 2017. Ferris offers a Bachelor of Science in Television and Digital Media Production. Students in this program learn about all aspects of digital broadcasting, including audio, video and interactive media production. Writing for media is also part of the curriculum.

Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH

School Highlight: The school offers a broadcasting and digital media major with a Christian focus.

At Cedarville University, students can earn a bachelor's degree in broadcasting and digital media. Majors in this field can choose a concentration in digital film and video, digital radio and audio or integrated digital media. In addition, students have access to multiple recording studios with industry-standard production equipment.
