The J. Mack Robinson College of Business offers two Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) programs - one that requires three years of full-time study and another that can be completed in a single year. The one-year program offers courses in advanced accounting, taxation and internal auditing. Required courses for the three-year program include financial accounting theories and practices, strategic communications and financial statement analysis.
Students in the Master of Science in Finance program can complete this program in three semesters. Classes include financial strategy, corporate banking and loan structuring. Students also take courses in leadership development and technical support.
The Master of Business Administration in Finance program concentrates on financial management practices and evaluating global capital markets. Required foundation courses include the valuation of financial analysis, microeconomics and marketing. Finance-specific courses include business regulations, information systems and operations management.
