Working in real estate does not always require formal training or a degree. However, many colleges and universities provide real estate classes for individuals who are interested in beginning their careers, as well as realty professionals looking for continuing education courses. In Indiana, there are four colleges that offer real estate classes, undergraduate degrees, program minors or certificates. Those four schools are profiled below; a comparison table listing specific programs offered and tuition prices is also provided.

Individuals enrolled in this course take practice exams and engage in class lectures and discussions.

That certificate consists of 15 credit hours.
