You will be able to earn an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a Master of Materials Science and Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Civil Engineering, or a Master of Engineering: Mechanical along with an MBA. All of these dual programs require 62 credits with 32 of those credits going towards the MBA with coursework on the management of marketing, finances, and organizations. The remaining 30 credits will be fulfilled by engineering course in your chosen specialty. For example, the MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering could require you take courses about computer networking and signal processing, while the Master of Materials Science and Engineering could require courses on material systems and polymer science.
At Tufts University, located in Medford, Massachusetts, you can earn a Master of Science in Innovation & Management (MSIM) along with a Master of Science degree in one of several disciplines, including chemical engineering, bioengineering, computer engineering, materials science and engineering, and biomedical engineering among others. You will be able to complete this program in only two years, earning two degrees, and can double count four courses for each degree.
