What is a Cloud Deployment Manager?
Cloud deployment managers coordinate the implementation of cloud-based systems, which allow users to utilize the Internet to store and access data and programs. They serve as liaisons between business executives and technical workers, first meeting with the executives to assess their needs and objectives and then communicating that information to the cloud deployment team.
Next, the cloud deployment manager works with the technical team to design and develop cloud infrastructures, as well as test and launch these platforms. Once the product is ready, the cloud deployment manager again engages with the client to ensure that they know how to best utilize the cloud platform. This client/cloud deployment manager relationship is typically ongoing, with the cloud deployment manager as the point of contact should any technical issues arise.
