Question:
Which exam is harder, the MBA or CPA?
Perfect School Search
Answer:
MBA stands for a Master of Business Administration, which is a two-year, postgraduate-level degree, that is focused on learning business concepts and exploring business areas such as finance, accounting, marketing, human resource management or operational management.
CPA stands for Certified Public Accountant and is a credential which can be gained by fulfilling specific educational and professional requirements, as well as take and pass an exam designed to prove that you are qualified to perform duties relating to public and private accounting.
The CPA exam consists of four parts: Auditing and Attestation, Business Environment and Concepts, Financial Accounting and Reporting and Regulation.
To take the CPA exam you must first need to complete at least 150 hours of undergraduate credit hours and work a certain amount of time under the direct supervision of a Certified Public Accountant. You will then have 18 months to take the four parts of the CPA exam.
