Where can I find my BLS certification number?

Question:

Where can I find my BLS certification number?

Perfect School Search

Answer:

The American Red Cross offers digital certificates for Basic Life Support (BLS) certification that can be accessed from your Red Cross account at any time. Digital certificates can be viewed, downloaded, printed, or shared at your convenience. Each certificate includes a distinct identification number, and a QR code that allows employers to check the validity of the certificate. The BLS certificate ID number can be found at the bottom of your digital certificate.

The American Heart Association offers either a printed card on completion of a training course, or an eCard sent via email that contains a link to claim your digital card. The identification number is found at the bottom of the card, along with the date the card was issued and an expiration date, letting you know when you will need to be re-certified.

If you are unable to locate your BLS certificate or card, you may request a duplicate from the center where you took your training course. You may be charged a fee for the duplicate card.
