Question:

What is the range of MCAT scores accepted at Stanford University?

Perfect School Search

Answer:

The MCAT range required for admission at Stanford University is 510-528. The average score is 518. A score higher than 518 increases the probability of acceptance into the university's medicine program. An MCAT score is of great significance for admission into medical school. There are no specific prerequisites for this course, but the university expects appropriate knowledge and preparation for studying medical sciences and medicine. The university expects knowledge on several subjects such as biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics, and social sciences.

An applicant is expected to have outstanding communication skills. For admission, an applicant must possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized college. A minimum of one MCAT result is required that needs to be attached along with the application. The university selects only four percent of people from thousands of applications and is thus, highly selective. Along with an MCAT score, a very high GPA such as an average of 3.93 is required to be competitive during the selection process.
