When the review is completed, the performance management analyst will provide the organization's managers with a detailed report that outlines the findings of this review and makes recommendations for how the organization can improve its performance. For example, if over 30% of the complaints reviewed focused on unfriendly service provided by the organization's employees, the performance management analyst may recommend that the organization require employees to attend training that explains the importance of customer service and how to provide excellent customer service, even when dealing with difficult customers.
