Columbus State Community College offers an information technology program in the Columbus, Ohio area. The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology Support Technician program at CSCC is a two-year program and consists of 60 credits. Students enrolled in this program will study IT Fundamentals, Discrete Mathematics for Computing, Database Fundamentals, Networking Concepts, Introduction to Programming Logic and Network Security Fundamentals.

The AAS Degree in Information Technology Support Technician program at CSCC prepares its graduates for entry-level careers as Field PC Technicians, PC Support Specialists, Network Technicians, Remote Support Technicians, Help Desk Technicians, Enterprise Technicians, and IT Support Technicians. IT students who plan to continue on for a Bachelor of Science Degree in IT have the option of transferring into the Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology at Franklin University, or the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
