You may specialize in certain areas such as inventory control or reorganizing corporate structures for efficiency, or focus on a specific industry such as healthcare or telecommunications. You will help organizations to develop strategies for entering and remaining competitive in the market.

You may also become an administrative services manager where you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities that help an organization run efficiently, including to facilities and supervise activities that include recordkeeping, mail distribution, and office upkeep. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), employment of management analysts is projected to grow 14 percent from 2018 to 2028, leading to 118,300 new jobs and a median pay of $85,260 in May 2019.
