For their institutional accreditation, they are accredited by the The Higher Learning Commission, which is one of the six major accreditors in the United States. DePaul University itself is a respectable university, but they do lack proper accreditation from the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Whenever it comes to science-based degrees, particularly in engineering and technology, ABET approval is often the gold standard for a respectable degree. While not all computer science degrees are accredited by ABET, the accreditation says a lot about the value of the degree. Therefore, while the school has proper accreditation and their computer science degree could be a good program, consider looking for a Master's in Computer Science that is approved by ABET.
