Answer:

According to the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), the Florida Everblades have a minimum weekly salary of $500. The maximum salary cap is $14,400 per week for the first thirty days of the 2022-2023 season, and $13,900 per week after that time. Players earn an additional $525 per week in the event that they play a game against an NHL or AHL team. This amount is not counted towards the weekly salary cap. Because the Everblades are a minor league team, some players can be called up to the professional league, depending on the needs of the professional team. In that event, they would no longer be paid by the ECHL or the Everblades and would instead receive payment from the professional team for which they play. For the 2022-2023 season, there are forty-five players on the roster. Salaries for individual players are not made public by the team or the league, though occasionally new contract amounts are announced by the team's media department.
