Kennesaw State University offers an online course that takes twenty course hours to complete, and which qualifies those who successfully complete the course to take the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification exam. The course is self paced, and has a three month time limit for completion, though you may request an extension, but a fee may be required to receive the extension.The course requires a minimum final score of 70 to successfully complete the course and receive a certificate of completion. The course costs $1,095, and it may take 24 to 48 business hours to be able to access the course. There are no prerequisites for taking the course, though you will want to make sure your computer and internet connection meet the performance requirements for taking the course. The course is available to international students, but Kennesaw State university cautions students to check with standards in their home country to ensure the course satisfies standards for certification, since requirements vary.
