How do you find a college syllabus online?

Question:

How do you find a college syllabus online?

Perfect School Search

Answer:

Your course syllabus can usually be found in a few places online, but it's usually up to your professor where they wind up. But we can explore some places they may be.

In most cases, your course instructor will send an email out to the class about a week before it starts, give or take depending on the specific school and instructor, containing the syllabus, recommended course materials, and what they expect you know before coming into class. If you didn't receive this email, check you online education platform like Moodle, Blackboard, or whatever service your school uses, as all the aforementioned information is probably posted on there.

If neither of these options work, send your instructor an email and ask for a syllabus, odds are something got mixed up and you didn't receive the email. If even that doesn't work, try asking a TA or even a classmate where to find it; but if you're having that much trouble just finding the syllabus and not receiving any help, it may be in your best interest to find a different instructor for that class.
