Does BCSP recognize Columbia Southern University?

The BCSP recognizes the Safety program at Columbia Southern University. The Bachelors of Science in Occupational Safety and Health program at Columbia Southern University is accredited by the BCSP. The program was awarded as the Graduate Safety Practitioner Qualified Academic Program by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) in October 2017. Similarly, in April 2019, the Master's in Occupational Safety and Health program at Columbia Southern University was also accredited by the BCSP.

The BCSP stands for an accreditation board that acknowledges various institutions, organizations, etc., with a Qualified Degree Program regarding health, safety, and environment. Hence, from October 2017, all candidates who graduated from Columbia Southern University in the Bachelors of Science in Occupational Safety and Health attained a Graduate Safety Practitioner designation and accomplished various benefits such as a waiver of the ASP exam, recognition for being closer to attaining the CSP certification, Graduate Safety Practitioner certification, etc.
