Tulsa Community College

Tulsa Community College was founded in 1970 in downtown Tulsa. TCC serves around 14,400 undergraduate students annually with a faculty-to-student ratio of 19 to 1. The college's Northeast Campus provides training and education in electronics, telecommunications, aviation science and engineering.

The Associate of Applied Science program in drafting and design engineering technology prepares students to work as CAD operators in a variety of fields, such as mechanical, structural or electrical. Coursework covers mathematics, physics, engineering and training in computer aided design drafting (CADD). The program is designed to take two years to complete.

The certificate program includes the same courses required for the associate's degree program, though no general education classes are included. The program is ideal for a student that needs to validate his or her abilities with CAD technology, but doesn't have the time to commit to a full degree program.
